My name is Aaron Herman and I am originally from the state of Virginia in the
United States. I have served as an educational administrator and teacher in the international school community since 2009. I graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BA in Public Policy. I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in International Education from the University of Nottingham in England as well a teaching certificate from the state of Kentucky in the United States. Ever since I was a young child I have had a passion for learning about history. From the time I was in 4th grade you would seldom find me without a biography or history book in my hand. Now as an adult, one of my greatest joys is passing on my love for history and geography to the next generation. I teach in an interactive and flexible classroom environment in which a multitude of teaching techniques are used. By making learning history enjoyable and fun for the students, I hope that they are better able to understand, retain and utilize what they learn in class. In enhancing my student’s understanding of the past, I hope to cultivate their minds in preparation for their futures.
